Lets do the 1million American march to Washington. We can do it even if it means taking a day off from work.
It's a great cause. We need to tell this administration that we are not radical nuts. That we are ordinary people who love this country too much to sit by and let this administration tell us what they think we should do with our lives,our liberty, our republic, our Country. I am an ordinary housewife, who sat back and never fought back. If I didn't like what the government was doing, the only way I fought back was not to vote for them again. But there is difinitely something very different about what is happening now and where the direction of this country is going. Well I don't want to sit by idly anymore. I want to go to these town meetings and I want my voice to be heard. I think a lot of Americans (not radicals) feel the same way! Please lets do something about it!

But we will have no choice but to take a day off and march to Washington and let this administration know we are not happy and we want our voice to be heard. President Obama the great orator and activist. People are too complacent and think "oh, that bill will never get passed" but are shocked when it does. Come on – we have to let this administration know this is not what the nation needs – big government, big debt, and lame foreign policy.

Yes, would someone please list any Long Island Town Halls or other local events. My rep is Pete King and he's already on the right side of the issues. But, I'd like to go to other districts and I am unable to zero in on those zip/postal codes to find out the other LI congreesmen's Town Hall schedules. Thanks, Jesse

Fox news on line (not advocating them) has a link on their front page to town hall meetings for both GOP and DEMs that gets updated every day. Hope this helps. If anyone has better info for town halls in LI please send.

Hi, all. Are any of you aware that there are ads on such websites as Monster.com for National Guard personnel to work in Internment Camps? There is an article in Worldnet Daily that discusses this. It should be on their website although I found it on the website of another WOR 710 radio host. This is scary. We are going to lose our Republic and our freedoms. It is imperative that we take back America from these thugs. I want to know when there will be events in the NYC area.

There will be a March on Washington on Sept. 12 — a Saturday.. I've already made my reservations at the Hyatt on Capital Square. Log onto Freedomworks.com for complete details. I want to emphasize that this is a grassroots movement. It is being organized just as the NYC tea parties were: through the internet and personal communications. At the April 15 tea party at City Hall Park there were 8,000 people, and that's according to the police statistic. The police were complimentary about all three tea parties in NYC: They were peaceful and so well-behaved that the Sanitation Dept. was unnessary for cleanup on the following day.

While it DC is sending out ACORN, AmeriCorp and Joe Sweeney of union renown for the purpose of agitating and making the tea party goers look uncivilized so far no one has taken the bait. All has gone smoothly and with everyone's cooperation the DC march will go well also.

By having United States American Taxpayers from all over this great land take buses, cars, walk, bike ride, and close down all roads that lead to Washington, D.C. is the ONLY way Congress will listen–ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS. Yes, we all work, so how about a LABOR DAY MARCH – ALL ROADS LEAD TO D.C. AND STAND UP FOR AMERICA! We taxpayers want Government to STOP. And we are PROUD TO BE AMERICANS! We have done nothing wrong. NO to Government Public Option entitlement health care or any Government coop in our Health Care System. Congress needs to work on allowing US citizens to purchase PRIVATE insurance across state lines for better rates AND PROTECT OUR OUTSTANDING DOCTORS AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS BY ELIMINATING HIGH MALPRACTICE INSURANCE THAT DOCTORS HAVE TO PAY! We have the best medical care in the world–it is PATIENT FOCUSED, that's why everyone outside the US comes to this great country for the best care. This administration is arrogant and ignoring the majority of what Americans want and are doing it for their own power and control with no transparency. I found a Tea Party, on the 4th of July, in Mt. Sinai. I just keyed into the web "Tea Parties" and there they
were. It was the greatest feeling. My husband and I are so glad we attended. It helped to feel that we were
doing something positive. Great people. They were part of a Conservative group. Even kids from
Stony Brook University were there with a booth. There really is hope if our young children can see it.

Write to the Blue Dog democrats from Red states….tell them they won't be re-elected! Lets face it, we are in the lost part of the country, our local elected officials do whatever BO and her heiness Pelosi want…write to others, outside the state…it worked for Amnesty (which, by the way is the next looming disaster) contact the rest of the representatives. Tell them you are from NY and see first hand the damages illegals do to the healthcare, school and construction industries….

Yes I agree we need a Million Man March ON Washington and agree it would need to be on a week-end as we all work! I would take a vacation day to let Washington know how we all feel. I believe this is very important as our country's future is at stake.

Let's do the best we can on September 12th in DC. HOWEVER, we need to keep up and increase the pressure. A million person (or maybe two or three million) march (OR STRIKE FOR A DAY) in DC should be planned now if we want it to happen in the next two or three months. Many people have the day after Thanksgiving off. or even Veteran's Day etc. We need to pick a day/date and make this AMERICAN PEOPLE march happen. Those in power in the White House do not care how we feel. Let's show them AMERICAN PEOPLE POWER.

We're watching for the October rally announcement so we can begin to mobilize protesters and prepare flyers, CDs, etc. Morristown was about the Tea Party and issues such as health care, cap & trade, etc. You and Grant were merely scheduled speakers and so we had our say about that. This upcoming rally, on the other hand, is all about WOR putting a hatemonger in the forefront of a seditious movement. Hopefully the press will query other hosts on the WOR Network as to where they stand with regard to you and your rhetoric since this initiative is an undertaking of Buckley and Company.

They are doing all they can to strip us of our rights, but think again…..They are not brain dead….but very smart because they have the power and will benefit from our misfortune. They must be stopped. Power is what they want and they now have it. We must find a way to stop them before we loose our freedom, which many brave Americans have fought for through the years. I too worry what our children and grandchildren will have to endure in the future. I believe it will take much more than the September 12 tea party to stop this. It's only the beginning.

just to let you know . . . we continue to listen to your podcasts and save certain tracks that are hateful, homophobic, and irrational red- and race-baiting such as your "m m m" (Obama) and "you know what I'm sayin'" (Danny Glover), etc. that will fit IN CONTEXT with an earlier tape from WABC when you yelled "your mama!" to a black caller.
